imperialLadies' Night is an event to be looked forward to, a time for fun and friendship in a nice venue. In 2013 we hope to make the event one to remember!

The event will be held on Saturday 29th June 2013 at the The Torbay Suite in The Imperial Hotel. The function room adjoins the terrace, where we hope to be able to enjoy drinks and perhaps even some sunshine. The meal will consist of a starter, main course, dessert followed by coffee/tea, and we will publish the menu here once confirmed.

ratpackAs Las Vegas is famous for its shows, casinos and nightlife we have tried to encapsulate that in the evening. The music will be themed around the 50s and 60s, especially songs by the Rat Pack singers such as Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr and others from that era. We will have a selection of music for everyone, even the younger guests, to help create the fun and nostalgia that is associated with the capital of oppulent entertainment - Las Vegas.

jayne-deborahmeadenFor those of you who like a little bit of intrigue and showmanship we will have one of the Magic Circle's leading female magicians providing close-up magic at your table. The only Woman ever to be voted Bristol's Close Up Magician of the Year, Magician Jayne Corrigan specialises in Close Up Magic that happens right in front of your eyes or even in your own hands! Prepare to be amazed! You can find out more about Jayne at her website - magicbyjayne.co.uk

rouletteWe couldn't have a Las Vegas night without some form of casino fun. There will be casino tables and each guest will receive an amount of fun money to use to buy chips for playing at the tables. We will be awarding prizes based on high scores, biggest losses and anything else we think of that might add fun to the night. Most importantly, we want everybody to enjoy themselves.

Part of our aim is to make the event both enjoyable and affordable and to this end we have priced the tickets at £32.50 per person. Although this is a masonic event I would like to take the opportunity to remind people that it is open to familly and friends. The more people we can get to attend, the more fun we can all have on the night so please invite friends and family for this great night out.

Because we will have the casino tables and a dance floor, the maximum number of guests we can have at the venue is 150 and people are already asking how they can book their tickets to be sure of a place at the event. To book your tickets please contact either David Goode on 01803 392011 or 07734 330029 or Malcolm Pruett on 01803 690551.
